Instead of guessing what a career is like based on classes, videos, or job descriptions, participants observe real professionals in real workplaces to understand the day-to-day reality of different roles. SPC helps people make informed career decisions while giving businesses a low-commitment way to invest in their community and future workforce.
How it works
Shadow Pro Careers makes it easy to explore real careers without long-term commitment. Participants apply online and share the types of careers they’re curious about. SPC then matches them with a local business for a short, structured job-shadowing experience. During the visit, participants observe professionals in real workplaces to understand what the job is truly like day to day — helping them make informed career decisions before investing time or money.
